The following terms of service (“Terms”) governing the Hawaiʻi Events Coalition’s website and services, including the content, documentation, code and related materials, are offered subject to your acceptance of these Terms (the “Agreement”). Hawaiʻi Events Coalition will hereafter use “we”, “our”, “us” or similar pronouns to refer to both Hawaiʻi Events Coalition and hawaiieventscoalition.com. We will hereafter use “you”, “your”, “user” or similar nouns and pronouns to refer to visitors to our website.

Source Code – Use of Open Source Software

This website uses open-source software and free or low cost, commercial application programming interfaces when it best meets the needs and mission of Hawaiʻi Events Coalition.

Our website administrators continually test such open-source software for security loopholes, to ensure your safe use of this website. Such testing, however, cannot be guaranteed to eliminate all web-based threats, as these change from time to time and require revisions to the website; they are also dependent on the condition of the user’s computer, its operating system, and any chosen web security systems employed thereon.

It is therefore a partnership between this website and you, the user, to seek and eliminate any security loopholes not found during our initial testing. Hawaiʻi Events Coalition reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace this Agreement, in whole or in part.
